Hawkeye fans, rejoice: Marvel Studios is making an all-new series about the superhero archer for Disney’s streaming service, Disney Plus. Along with new films and TV series featuring Doctor Strange, Thor, and others, “Hawkeye” is part of the latest stage of Marvel Studios’ plan for world domination — sorry, we mean for movies and TV shows — Phase 4.
But, Marvel super-fans, this begs the question of where to stream “Hawkeye.” How can you watch “Hawkeye” online, whether you’re in your living room or on the go? How to Watch ‘Hawkeye’ Online
This is the part of our “How to Watch” articles where we usually list all the ways to watch whatever network television channel, movie, or TV show we’re talking about. In the case of the all-new “Hawkeye” series, though, things are pretty simple. Since “Hawkeye” is a Disney Plus original series, you’ll only be able to watch it on one streaming service, which is, drumroll, please:

“Hawkeye” is not the extent of Disney Plus’ Marvel offerings though. It has more Marvel titles than the Hulk has anger issues. The service launched with some Marvel movies to stream, and more titles arrived in 2020 as old contracts with streaming competitors expired, freeing hit Marvel Studios films to come home to Disney Plus.
Marvel Studios is also plotting lots of new content for Phase 4, and “Hawkeye” is just one small piece of the puzzle. This year began with the launch of “WandaVision,” which was even better than fans expected. Spring brought “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” and “Loki” launches this summer, which is good news for Marvel fans and great news for my mom, who finds Tom Hiddleston especially attractive when he’s playing the god of mischief. In 2022, Disney Plus is slated to launch a series about She-Hulk that will star Tatiana Maslany of “Orphan Black” fame. That sounds like a recipe for an angsty drama, but it’s actually going to be a legal comedy of sorts.
Disney Plus will also eventually be the streaming home of upcoming Marvel Studios movies after their theatrical runs.

When Is the ‘Hawkeye’ Series Release Date?
The first episode of “Hawkeye” will appear on November 24 on Disney Plus. The release date was revealed when the trailer dropped in the middle of September. There will be six episodes total in “Hawkeye,” which means the last episode will be available December 29. Every episode will drop on a Wednesday.
What Will the ‘Hawkeye’ Series Be About?
We’ve known for a while that the show stars Jeremy Renner as the titular Hawkeye, but other details have trickled out slowly. The “Hawkeye” trailer finally gave us a couple minutes’ worth of actual footage from the series. The series is set during the holidays. At the beginning of the trailer, Clint Barton (Hawkeye’s real name) is looking forward to spending the season with his family. But his past interferes and forces him to leave his family, though he promises he’ll be home for Christmas. The show co-stars Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, and in the comic books, Bishop inherits the title of Hawkeye from Clint Barton. The trailer makes it look like something similar could happen in the series. Bishop’s dog, Lucky, also shows up in the trailer, so hopefully he plays a big role here as well.
Other cast members include Florence Pugh, who is reprising the role she played in 2021’s “Black Widow,” and Vera Farmiga, who is playing Kate Bishop’s mom, Eleanor. Newcomer Alaqua Cox will play deaf Native American superhero Echo. In fact, Echo has her own spin-off in development at Disney Plus. That’s pretty good, considering “Hawkeye” hasn’t even debuted yet!
