To be clear, CBS Sports NETWORK is *not* included with Paramount Plus. Only some “CBS Sports” live coverage is included, but *not* the full CBS Sports Network, for which access can only be obtained by cable or cable replacement streaming service (YouTube TV / Hulu + TV / FuboTV / etc).
