How to Watch the WWE Online or Over the Air Without Cable

Before we can get to the list of places to watch WWE without cable, we first need to know where, exactly, WWE programming airs. There are a few different answers to that question. As of 2023, there’s also a big addition to the list of channels.

  • Fox: Fox is the home of WWE Smackdown, which fans also sometimes call Friday Night Smackdown. The show has moved around a lot since debuting on Thursday nights in the late 90s, but as of 2019, it airs every Friday night on Fox, a major broadcast network.
  • USA Network: WWE Raw, aka Monday Night Raw, airs Mondays on the USA Network. USA Network is not broadcast over-the-air like Fox, but you can still get your Monday night wrestling fix without cable.
  • Peacock: NBC’s standalone streaming service got started in 2020 and became the exclusive home of the WWE Network in the spring of 2021. It has thousands of hours of WWE content, and we’ll talk more about it below.

Now that you know what channels carry WWE, let’s talk about where to find those channels without a cable subscription. You’ll see several skinny bundles on the list. If you don’t know what a skinny bundle is, that’s okay: Just think of it as a way to get a cable-like live TV package without actually subscribing to cable. Skinny bundles are live TV streaming services that use your home internet connection to stream TV to you directly. There’s no need for cable or satellite equipment.

Here are all the ways you can stream WWE right now:

Can I Watch WWE on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and Chromecast?

There are approximately as many ways to watch the WWE as there are storylines involving a sudden and surprising betrayal. In other words, you’re not just limited to your TV if you want to watch the WWE without cable. Whether you have a Roku, Fire TV, or Chromecast at home, you can tune into the WWE each week using the services listed above.

Watch What You Want, WWE Fans!

It’s a lot of fun to be a wrestling fan right now. But what do you do when you’re all caught up on the latest WWE storylines? What do you watch when you need a break from watching WWE without cable?

The short answer is “whatever you want,” but we like making recommendations, so we’re not going to leave it there. If you like fast-moving athletes who know how to hit hard, why not give NHL hockey a try? Those guys move so fast that you can blink and miss a goal. And unlike the WWE, the outcomes aren’t pre-determined. At least we don’t think they are; we reserve the right to change our mind if a team we like gets called for a questionable penalty. Hit up our guide to watching the NHL without cable for everything you need to know about viewing NHL games.

This article is a lie. I have Hulu + Live TV and wwe has never broadcasted live. It’s only available the next morning.

Agreed, I had to switch from Hulu + Live TV to Youtube TV because Hulu did not reliably have Smackdown once it moved to Fox. You won’t miss the unskippable ads either
