Melanie Merritt

Melanie Merritt, also known as Media Melanie, produces and co-hosts “Yellowjackets Hive,” a CordCutting.com podcast devoted to every twist, turn and theory for Showtime’s “Yellowjackets.” 

A self-professed “media maven” with a B.A. in communications from Bridgewater State University and a media marketing specialist certification from San Diego State’s extended studies program, Melanie has spent 15 years working as a digital marketing consultant while also serving as a stage manager for Bally Sports and as an IATSE board member. An unabashed pop culture fan with a particular passion for television, Melanie is the former producer of “The Beverly Hills 90210 Show” podcast. She is based in San Diego, where she lives with her husband, two kids and rescue dogs.
